- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a home buyer, you pay no fee! Home sellers do incur a commission cost - paid at the time your home closes. Nothing upfront!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick 30-60 minute meeting to go over the buying/selling process and if we click then we can move on from there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in real estate after a long-term interest in the market. It just made sense to make it my career!
