FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We break down the payments into stages. Those stages depend on what needs to be done and in what order but they are typically demo, prep, build, and finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting with the customer to get an understanding of what they want is the most important. Second we must see the place we are going to be working at. Knowing what type of access we have to the project site and what the limitations are for the kinds of structures the customer would like is an absolute must. Then we draw a landscape with the features they are wanting so they can get an idea of how things will look when the project is complete. If all is agreed on we put it in writing and schedule a time for the project to begin.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual home owners to business's with multiple investors. The services we offer have a very wide range of applications. For example, in New Hampshire where I went for training we built an 8 ft high waterfall inside a church that they were going to use for baptism ceremonies.
