- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Liberty Air provides all employees a price book to work from to ensure every customer is being charged the same price regardless of age, race, gender, wealthy or less fortunate. Any price alterations or discounts provided are on a case by case basis and must be approved by management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically gather the customers information over the phone while taking details on what service they are looking for. We will set a time and date to give a free estimate or provide immediate service. Once we have that established we send a highly trained technician to your home at the time previously scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The HVAC industry requires all personnel in the industry to have an EPA certification and continued education. Liberty Air Heating & Cooling Inc continues to send all its employees to several training courses throughout the year to stay up to date with all the new technology.
