- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
alt Photography provides different levels of packages. Portrait photography ranges from 15 minute sessions, 30 minute session, and one hour sessions. Our turn around times range between a few days and week for portraits. Wedding packages range from two hour to a full day of service with turn around time ranging from one week to four weeks. We do create custom packaging as well and offer a military discount off our packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to chat over the phone or though email to get to know you a little better first before getting into the specifics. Ideally for weddings we do require a meet a greet that way the couple gets to know us. For family or children portraits we like to be able to chat over the phone with the family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years of photography experience as well as an associate degree in digital photography.
