FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate commission structures are specific to each deal and are confidential, but as far as home valuations, a listening ear, and sound advice regardless of the situation-- that's all free. That's one of the wonderful things about this job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They usually email or call me back to get started and I get some basic information from them. Then, I put together a report to share with them on how I can best help them. From that point on, it can go in a million different directions because no client situation is ever identical.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate agent since 2012 and have been working in real estate off and on for about 10 years. I am currently acquiring my Certified Distressed Property Expert Certificate. Additionally being a former teacher has been really useful in my real estate career. I'm always happy to "educate" clients and explain real estate transaction to them.
