Introduction: Decker Plumbing is a 2nd generation, family-run plumbing company (my Dad started Decker Plumbing 50 years ago and I started running it 10 years ago). We repair things that other plumbers tell you must be replaced. We will give straight, informative answers for your plumbing needs. We also work well with do it yourselfers to provide all or part of your plumbing for a project. Our bids are itemized, making them easy to see how changes in your plans will impact the price. We do what we say and charge what we said we will. We hate surprising customers. We stand behind our work and engineer plumbing to function well, be repairable, and be more easily maintained. A good example we run into too often is that many plumbers tell customers with flaws in their sewer main that they need a new sewer when a good repair can be accomplished for a lot less. This can mean the difference between a $15,000 job and a $3,000 job. Decker Plumbing is licensed, insured and bonded. We love solving plumbing and heating problems for our customers. We enjoy facing new and different tasks each day.

came over to provide a free quote and was able to tell me what the issue was with the shower "screaming" when in use - just needed the tub spout replaced from plastic to metal. scheduling worked out perfectly and plumber was on time - which is huge for me, being on time. the whole thing went really well and they are great to work with. I've definitely found the plumber I'll be calling first for future needs!!! :)

We work on all types of plumbing from residential to commercial applications.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Converting bathrooms to be more accessible to accomodate the needs of residents is one of our favorite things to do. A common project which can make a house much more livable for some people is creating curbless showers (sometimes where an old tub was). They turn out beautifully, make it easier for many people to shower, and make customers happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Establish a relationship with a plumber. We like to help our customers engineer good plumbing solutions so long term maintenance costs and needs to be done less. We want to keep our customers for life and strive to make that relationship a happy one. It is important to hire licensed and insured providers. Decker Plumbing is licensed, insured and bonded.
