We have used Bouncy Bins twice for school events. Both times they have shown up on time, set up and ready to go when we need them to be. When we had a rock wall the attendant we had was kind to all the children and worked hard all night at our fundraiser. She didn't have a minute to take break and we were very impressed with how hard she worked.
When ordering items the staff who answers the phones we very helpful in walking me through the ordering process and answering question I had.
The blow up bouncy items we had were perfect for our large number of students at the school. Tom, the owner, was so great to work with and went out of his way to make sure our event was going to be a great fundraiser for us. He knew what what would work best with what we had planned made sure we had a wonderful event.
They didn't make us feel rushed to get our event over with and we had a full four hours from set up to take down.
We will definitely call them again for school events/ fundraisers we do.
