- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most smaller home improvement projects can be priced within 24 hours of the initial site visit. For larger remodeling projects, more planning and research is required to provide you with an honest, complete proposal. This can be discussed at our initial site visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Site visit: This is our initial consultation with the homeowner about their vision for the project. - Design development: We will create plans based upon our initial visit. - Investment: Proposal including the amount required to complete the work. - Schedule: An outline of the estimated time required to complete the project. - Construction: Project commences according to contract. - Final walk-through: Review of completed project with customer, and noting of any final-touches needed. - Punch-list completion: Finishing any final-touches noted by customer at walk-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in the home industry spans over 35+ years. I’ve worked in home design and construction, home remodeling, home repair and recovery, and also in the mortgage, finance, and sales side of the business. I care about helping people realize the difference between updating their look, and customizing their home according to how they live in and use their space.
