Cody impressed me from the day I met him and described my vision of putting a full bathroom in my basement where there was currently not a bath. He helped me make hard decisions easily and he was a great value. I knew he was the guy when he was pulling tape and started laying out all the underslab plumbing and showing me where the best location and size shower would be. He exceeded my expectations given my less than exciting budget. I would and will hire him again. As a side note I am a commercial/industrial construction manager and I know quality work as well as means and methods. I saw the first day’s work from Cody and never once had a concern from there out. The pictures do not do the work justice.

I hired Affordable Renovations Solutions to tear out my old deck that was falling apart, and rebuild a new one using Trex. Cody was great to work with! He was always great about communicating with me what days they'd be here, and if I had any questions or concerns it was easy to get a hold of him. The deck is just how I wanted it and amazing quality, it's going to last for years. I will absolutely keep Affordable Renovations in mind for future projects.

jobs are priced per project not hourly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting face to face to get an idea of the customers project. Submitting an estimate. Once the customer is happy with project specifications, timeline and Price we start construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience and a Bachelor degree in business management.
