Gina is a wonderful resource. She’s been in the trenches of life and authentically shares her experience in a positive and powerful way to help others take control of all they can to cope and improve their life. The course I took with Gina really guided us as a class to get to the root of the things that create stress in our lives as parents. I learned many new skills to help myself “power think” through situations and react in ways that feel very authentic and natural. Gina’s focus on self care was a much needed reminder that we cannot give so much of ourselves that we get depleted. As parents we need recharge and take care of ourselves to be able to handle the challenges that come with parenting children with special needs. Gina definitely keeps it real in a very positive way. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are per session. If the decision is made to purchase several sessions at once discounts are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by helping the client craft a picture of where they want to go. Once we have a picture of where we want to go, we work together to figure out how to get you there. And I have alot of tools that will help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nurse, play therapist and life coach. As mentioned in my introduction I have a wide range of experience that helps me also come from a place of actually experiencing the issue.
