I recently hired Kelly to fix my restaurant's ice machine. We scheduled at 9.00 a.m. and he arrived 10 minutes prior the schedule which has impressed me as start. He introduced himself in a professional way with his sincere smile. Then he asked me about the problem then diagnosed the issue. He clearly explained the issue and suggested the solution and asked for my agreement. As I agreed to go ahead with his solution, he jumped into the iced machine and resolved at the end. We ask questions and listen to customers needs. We treat people with respect, and see every situation as if they are family. We educate our customers, and give them solutions. We don't pressure them into decisions they might regret.
