I hired Frank for the daunting task of gustting a recently purchased 3000 sq ft home with 60 years worth of mickey mouse renovations. Multiple layers of flooring, tile, drywall, etc... Within a week, Frank and his crew had the structure down to just the studs on load bearing walls. They were able to follow instructions on what to work around and what not to damage so that we ended up with a clean slate and no water line damage, hvac damage, etc...
