Carol and her partner are still new to this profession. They were late to their scheduled cleaning. They were paid after an hour of cleaning. When I returned back I saw that some spots were still missed like bathroom, closets, bathroom drawers, etc. They were called back and it was discovered the male party missed an entire room completely and my Boyfriend helped them finish and gave them some pointers. They cleaned but the house looked about the same after. They have a long way to go and if they keep working on it they can have a successful business. I recommend that they get insurance in case they have any accidents while on the job and to get some step ladders so they can clean hard to reach places.
