- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get the most bang for your buck (and your dog has more fun) the longer you have us be with them. We’re also happy to work with you for multiple dogs. Any homes that we travel to, outside of 20 miles away from us, we charge a $5 travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a brief face to face meeting with you and your dog, so you have peace of mind knowing your little pal is comfortable with us. We’ll ask you questions about their personalities, habits, favorite things, etc., so we know how to have the most fun with them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We LOVE animals! We both grew up with many family pets and it’s since turned us into dog parents, and animal enthusiasts. We figured we should do what makes us most happy!
