- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
not really,i would rather see the home first but since I can't on this sight,i will just have to go with what I believe will be fare to both parties.snd and if I see that I have over charged or badly undercharged I will bring it to their attention
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction, and find out the hrs that is best for them,and find out what is the most important part of the house that they are really needing the most .let them know that we are there to help them, and to make sure that they are satisfied.we want to keep you as a customer..we want to be the very best cleaning experience that you have ever had... - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma and have my CNA license,i worked with the elderly for 5yrs,i kinda miss it,i love elderly people,they have always had a special place in my heart
