About this pro

How does your business stand out?

I work closely with clients to craft the perfect photo session or event, and I offer my expertise in things like gallery wall design. I love being able to share my creative design eye for things especially when my clients feel stuck. Basically making their session or event dreams become a reality.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Paula Bianca, and I love walking through important milestones with my clients and help them capture their beautiful memories in gorgeous photographs and storytelling. I love getting to meet awesome people, tell their stories, be creative, and be a little bit of a nerd as so geek out over the tech stuff.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm almost 100% self-taught, with the exception of a photography class I took in college. I consider myself a life-long student of photography, posing and editing, and am always exploring new ideas and techniques.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I remember having a camera attached to my hand even as early as junior high when I got my first point and shoot. I felt it was my job in life to document me and my friend's adventures. Then in college and as I got married I started wanting to help families tell their stories and capture the emotion of their major life milestones with their loved ones -- because that was exactly what I desired to do for myself. I wanted to be able to have beautiful something to look back on when I am old and grey, and am telling my stories to my grandbabies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides, Couples, Seniors, Babies, Siblings, Children, Families, Engagements, Professional Headshots.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I photographed a friend's newborn recently, and we were able to get some really special shots of her bundled in a baby wrap. We even got a shot of her smiling in her sleep. That made my day! The shoot lasted about 2 hours, which is normal for newborns... and it took me about a week to edit, because I work at home with a toddler and infant. Once I placed the order, the prints took 3 days to arrive.
