- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone consultation to begin with to get a feel for why they want to travel to the desired destination. This will help me suggest and plan specific hotels, activities and locations based on their answers to my questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Royal Caribbean on board for 2 years. I went to school and obtained my certification as a travel counselor. I also have over 20 years of industry experience.
