- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing for the work i do. This does not mean it will always work out that way. Upon getting to the job one can see it is not as the job was presented are proceed over the phone. 97% of the time the conversation on the phone is correct with the right pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to understand how urgent the repair is for this customer. I find it very helpful to talk to the client to find out what the issue is with the garage door. This gives me a good idea of what to expect when I get to the job. It also allows me to make sure I have all the things necessary to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with three different companies in this field of work. I've worked with both type of doors residential and commercial.
