I have had the opportunity to have Betty Moore work on my behalf several time at the last minute and she always goes above what she should do for me to make it happen for me, she's excellent with people and really love's her job. Its been a long time since I've met someone as dedicated to what they do as Betty Moore is. Betty Moore was very knowledgable with locations of hotels from the airport, train station etc. Made us feel a lot more comfortable knowing that everything was taken care of. We were under a time limit as things were getting booked up fast but she managed to work things out. Thanks Betty!
