Introduction: Planning an event, can be exciting yet exhausting, fantastic yet frustrating. Having someone you can trust, who gets to really know you through the planning process, and listens to your ideas, thoughts and feelings is very important. We do not tell you how we think your event should be, we listen to what you envision and make it a reality. Your event is about you, and we make sure that it ends up that way. We work with clients to make a roadmap of your event, discussing colors, themes, approximate number of guests, and more. We then begin to put together your event specifications. We stay in constant contact up to your event date to ensure everything is exactly how you pictured. We do more than just take care of all the details before the event. On the day of your event, we are the first to arrive, and typically the last to leave. We look forward to working with you on your upcoming event. We enjoy taking the utmost care of our clients so that they can enjoy their special event to the fullest extent. We take great pride in our work and always strive to go above and beyond our clients' expectations.

Maria has planned and executed numerous events for our company including holiday mixers and our annual event. She is meticulous in the details leading up to the event and the day of. As a City Council candidate and subsequently as Councilman, I relied on Majestic Events by Maria to insure that my events "popped" from the entry door to the back of the venue. I demanded excellence in food preparation and presentation and I absolutely had to have décor that would be appropriate yet memorable for my donors and constituents. Maria w/Majestic Events made my "50th" birthday party held at the Southwest School of Arts an amazing and beautiful experience- family and friends still reflect on the event -it was truly amazing- cocktails were created in my favor color, the food was fresh and delicious...the décor and set up was beautiful.....Maria is a true professional and event planning is definitely her calling.

We meet with our client in order to get an idea of what it is they are trying to achieve with there event. We determine our role in planning, designing and executing the event, bringing the clients vision to reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended St. Philip's event management program as well as continually attending seminars in order stay aware of new design trends and technology. This allows us to provide our clients with the best our industry has to offer.
