- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rates for jobs that are very straightforward and unlikely to cause problems. Examples of this are light fixture swaps and ceiling fan installations. All other rates are hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is to help the customer understand what their project entails. That way they understand the process involved. I like to at least teach the customer something which helps them the appreciate the value in hiring me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a vocational high school where I studied Auto body repair. After graduating I attended a trade school for building maintenance and construction.
