- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my client and see what their desire is for their event. Keeping my client in the loop of ideas, costs, budget and balance. Planning to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Customer Service for over 10 plus years and currently work full time for one of the top insurance companies in San Antonio. I am passionate about service and having my clients best interest.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for decorating and with faith and determination I began my business this year.
