- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of Velocity Communications pricing is pretty standard and very fair. We really encourage our customers to shop around we dont want them to think we are the only company out there. Our pricing has been the same if not lower, still to this day and for a very long time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact with the customer, taking the time to talking to them to hear there possible concerns about scheduling and all details about there project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
some college the best training was in the field, i personally feel thats the best type of training I've seen just about every issue that can happen and still come with the right end result to complete all installs.
