- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I show all my pricing references upfront. I do not up-charge for any material. If I get a discount on materials then that discount is passed on to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Establish an initial relationship 2. Determine a scope of work for the job 3. Develop a detailed contract of the work to be performed, the materials to be used, the timeline to be completed and the payment schedule. 4. Complete the job as per the contract. 5. Add a new friend to my contact list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years of on the job training.
