- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are a buyer or seller, Samantha and I do an educational consultation. If you are selling your home, we will present you with a market analysis, educate you on the current market conditions, discuss sales price, and discuss your motivation for selling. If you are looking to purchase home, we will educate you on the buying process, set expectations, and go over exactly what you are looking for in detail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are unlike most teams. Not only are we friends, but we are, in fact, twin sisters! After graduating and pursuing opportunities in different industries, we decided to join forces and combine our knowledge of sales and marketing and our love of real estate to create a team under J.B. Goodwin, REALTORS® San Antonio, one of the leading brokerages in San Antonio. From schooling to playing tennis to attending college together and everything in between, we have often been side-by-side, laughing and smiling each step of the way. Working together again was the next logical step in our careers to create a lasting legacy doing what we love. Born into a family of entrepreneurs and business owners, hard work and success are words that go hand-in-hand in our minds. You can’t succeed without putting in the effort, and that’s the mindset we use when helping clients. Real estate is a complex game, that’s why we work hard daily to ensure that our clients are guided through a successful home buying and selling process. We want clients to realize that a real estate agent’s job is to consult on what the best course of action is for his/her needs, as well as protect the clients’ interests. This process is about the client, not about the commission.
