- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. Every case is different, and we start with a general price that can be negotiated depending on a variety of factors. I do firmly believe you get what you pay for though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to greet every new family member. I like to sit down, discuss their needs, security concerns, and I like to have one of our professionals perform a security threat assessment if needed/requested. We create a checklist, a plan, and a negotiated rate depending on factors including contract length. After signing a contract, we get to work and perform periodic reviews with you to ensure our quality raises the bar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all come from varying careers and education ranges, with so many experiences to offer to your success. We are all prior military, law enforcement, and security backgrounds. Our top seniority all have college degrees to assist. I myself have training through DoD to include anti-terrorism, DHS and FEMA to include emergency management courses, and many others.
