Introduction: Often,our feelings and emotions get in the way of how we want to ideally lead our lives. This can range from an inability to concentrate, bouts of insomnia, all the way to a deep sadness(depression), which can be dangerous if it goes on for too long. I understand this deeply, because I have not only "been there, done that" but have also learned a variety of counseling techniques which help to break through these negative, learned, patterns, going to the heart a problem. The objective of our sessions together is to put you on the road to feeling better about yourself, and the world around you. Often, a helping hand is what's needed in realizing that it is possible to change your life for the better! Helping someone make changes in their life to live with more Joy is the most purposeful and enjoyable work I choose to do.
