My experience with Southern Belle is like having family working for you. Alex is very professional and all about quality and customer satisfaction. I have been very impressed with the quality of work from her vendors and if things did not meet her expectations or mine, she was on it! We are almost done with the exterior remodel and I will be using them for the interior as well! I highly recommend Southern Belle Customs!

We highly recommend Southern Belle Customs LLC. We recently had a very bad water leak from a water heater that was located up in the attic. It totally damaged the office space right below. It called for a new ceiling, new wall, new hardwood floors and baseboards, new paint and a new light fixture. The leak also ruined the ceiling in the laundry room and the light fixture there as well, not to mention the insulation in the attic. When we requested help on Thumbtack, Southern Belle Customs responded quickly and professionally. They came the very next day and inspected the damage, took pictures and provided a very reasonable quote. They immediately treated us like family and were honest about what needed to be done. They kept us informed every step of the way and they were here with the workers even when we weren’t able to be here ourselves. We would leave the key with them and nothing ever went missing. They earned our trust. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the job and If there was something that wasn’t quite to our liking, then they quickly adjusted it. They weren’t satisfied until we were satisfied. We especially liked that they were able to take care of other little things that needed repair along the way that were not in the contract and some even came at a “no charge.” They really go out of their way to provide you with the best service possible. We highly recommend Southern Belle Customs LLC.

I needed to replace the door a burglar destroyed to get into the house. Letting it go was not an option as it left me vulnerable. I posted my need to Thumbtack and Southern Belle popped up and started an online chat before 7:30 AM. I gave my circumstances and they understood and dispatched within the hour. Picked up the replacement brought it to the house. Replaced the door AND frame, also corrected all of the shortcuts the builder took that were insufficient and restored the security system sensors to full functionality!!! Then Mr Kyle ensured the strength by driving long screws into the entire framework and hardware PLUS he did the same thing to my front door as an extra security measure. Very timely, professional, respectful, and was truly sympathetic to my misfortune. Excellent value for the materials and especially the craftsmanship. I'm going to have them screen in my patio next spring. Cannot go wrong with Southern Belle Customs. Thank you.
