My prices are very compatible, I well also add discounts in some cases,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First there's no hidden cost. I will explain the services I offer and we will agree on a set price. I will go over the inspection process and give an estimated time of completion, I will also request that the client be there towards the and of inspection, at this time I will walk threw the home with you and explain my findings and educate you with important information that will help you to better serve your home.
