FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases I can provide a daily rate because I'm fast and clean enough to do so. But I can also provide the paint at a slight discount with my Sherwin Williams, Dunn Edwards, or Behr to help the client. I do not make money selling paint. I make my money by doing the labor. I also will attempt to match lower estimates if given the opportunity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first off is have to politely introduce myself and then ill proceed to ask the new client what their wishes are for the job. I will listen attentively and take notes to be more accurate in what the customer wants. I like to build long term relationships with my clients. If I get a rehire or a recommendation I remember the person and ill take care of them on the next job I do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the standard 2 yr apprenticeship with a company called Leos Brothers (You can still find them on yelp, they are still in business). This was pure residential work for normal people. I have also worked with companies that paint big corporate buildings and commercial. my bread and butter is residential though to be honest.
