- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are very reasonable for the level of experience I have. My experience allows me to accomplish the tasks required most efficiently and I keep my overhead very low so I can offer a low price for the quality of work that I produce.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a new customer to discuss the project one to one and get a real feel for what the customer is expecting. I do my best to provide expertise and creative skills to help finalize a plan for the project with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience. Over the first 15 years, I worked with a variety of journeyman builders. I have worked with a wide variety of woods and know the pros and cons of the various kinds.
