FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short interview of the prospective customers goals and background, training history, health status is first to see if we would be a good fit to work together is always first. Then a more comprehensive information gathering process- intake questionnaires and several follow up emails to learn as much as possible about the clients goals, needs, and current situation in order to begin the process of developing a customized program for them. This process will look slightly different based on if the client is looking for nutrition and weight loss consulting, Online Training Programming, or on site personal training services. However the end goal is the same- understand as much as possible about the person, so that proper recommendations can be made for that individual. Then the magic begins as during the process our job is to continually customize the plan to be optimally effective.
