Introduction: Personal training and semi-private sessions with me stand out due to my gift for teaching and constant focus on proper exercise technique. I am committed to not only designing excellent, customized training programs, but also to creating an environment of learning how to do the exercises correctly, why we are doing them, how to progress or regress them, and how to keep improving. One day all of my clients will leave working with me, whether moving or change in schedule, etc. And on that day I want to make sure that they not only leave having accomplished their goals, but also that they understand so much more about their own body and how to continue to challenge and improve it. Many people come to me looking to lose weight, or to gain weight, or to just look a certain way. Along the way to reaching those goals there is a shift in purely aesthetic to realizing how strong they really are, a wonder in the eyes as they reach the milestones on the way to the original goal. A shift in perception about the human body that can't be seen in the mirror alone, but in realizing they are capable of doing so much more, and they can create anything they want with consistent effort. I love this broadening of the mind about their bodies and what they are really capable of. That and when my clients set goals, and then blow past them faster than they thought possible so we have to set new even loftier goals. I won't lie, I get teary eyed when my clients set personal records and crush weight loss goals; we become so invested in the process that it can be a little emotional to see the success.

Luke is a phenomenal trainer. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. He has helped me to be a safer and stronger lifter and I feel very fortunate to have his help!

Luke Propst from The Diet Doc has been such an important part of my fitness journey. I have been working with him over a year now and am so grateful I found him. His workouts and training plans have completely transformed my body. Luke has a great way of staying connected to my training progress and adjusting things when needed. I will be competing on the National level of the NPC Bikini Division of Bodybuilding this spring, and would not be where I am today without having Luke as my trainer! Couldn't sing his praises enough!
