- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would love to tailor a specific package that can accommodate your certain budget. Our payment plan is divided into 2 payments; a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is due at least 1 month before the event date.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1.How long have you been filming weddings? Answer: For years to come, you'll look at this video to remember all your favorite things from your wedding day, so you want someone who will catch every detail. An experience videograoher is one of the best ways to ensure that happens. 2. How would you describe your style? More documentary, cinematic or mix of both? Answer: not only do you want to get a sense of the style your videographer uses, but you also want to make sure their version of the style aligns with yours. If you want romantic video, and you coukd end up paying for a video you don't really want. Asking samples of their work will give you a sense of how professional your videographer is and the kind of work they do. 3. Will there be a second shooter, a stationary camera or any other backup cameras on hand on our wedding? Answer: without s second shooter or any other back up, it maybe difficult or nearly impossible for your videographer to capture every moment on camera.

How long have you been in the wedding industry? Weddings are "run and gun" shooting situations with no set-ups or second takes, so you need to make sure your filmmaker is prepared for anything. They must be equipped to handle unforeseen challenges but also anticipate valuable, smaller moments that more inexperience vendors might miss, like noticing the groom look lovingly at the bride and knowing he's about to squeeze her hand, so the focus of the camera needs to pan down. Knowinv their back story will give you insight about whether they truly love filming weddings, or they view it as a way to pay the bills in between other projects. "The amount of experience a videographer has isn't always as important how passionate they are about their craft and their desire to work with you to make an amazing wedding video.
