Great job overall. I did feel like his initial price quote were a bit high but we were able to have discuss pricing further till both of us were satisfied. He doesn't say much, he gets the job done and is out of there. Don't expect clean up but functionally everything worked. Jobs done: Change out a valve on my bathroom exhaust fan duct. Rearranged my bathroom exhaust/dryer Exhaust ducts. Installed a bathroom timer switch. He charged me by the job not by the hour. He followed COVID isolation guidelines.

Jose was awesome! Scheduling was easy he was able to come after working hours so I didn't need to take time off work. I was running late home from work and he was more than willing to adjust the time. I attempted to complete the job myself a few months ago and eventually got frustrated and just gave up. Originally I had turned to Yelp to find someone to complete the fan install the lowest rate was $350. Jose did the job for $100 and the price of the outlet box that he replaced. I of course gave him a bit extra to account for his time wasted waiting on me. I will definitely be returning for future projects.

Jose did a great job installing fans in our bedrooms. He showed up on time did exactly what we asked him to with no mess. He finished the project quickly and for exactly what he quoted us. We will definitely being hiring him for future projects!!!
