Introduction: What separates us from most mold inspection companies is that we are not a remediation or treatment company. We have no vested interest in finding mold that would require expensive treatment. We do not receive sales commissions from remediation companies. We perform professional, industry standard inspections using only Professional Scientists who are also Certified Mold Inspectors. We will recommend remediation only when it is really required. If remediation is required, we will refer you to a qualified professional remediation company that we have personally reviewed. We will write a remediation Scope of Work that will guide the remediation company, so that you will only pay for the treatment you actually need. In addition, Natural Link Mold Lab (NLML) does the analysis for SD Mold Inspection. NLML is a Microbiology Laboratory that provides analysis of mold, bacterial and allergen samples supervised by Analytical Director: Sean P. Abbott, Ph.D. Dr. Abbott is a Mycologist with over 15 years of experience in analysis, consulting, teaching, and training in the fields of fungal biology and indoor air quality. NLML is accredited  and complies with international ISO/IEC 17025 standards that are general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. We are forensic scientists with extensive scientific backgrounds that conduct mold inspections. This is how you know our results will be reliable and even hold up in court if necessary. We enjoy problem solving. Mold has become a large problem and we enjoy helping people. It can be very stressful dealing with visible mold or even the suspicion that it is present. We all want to protect out families from potential health issues and we enjoy helping to calm peoples fears.
