- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kadi will customize the pricing based on every event and client. To give you a rough idea here is an example of her standard pricing: Day of Coordination $350-$750 Week of Planning $500-$1,500 Month of Planning $1,000-$2,000 Full Wedding Planning $1,500-$7,000 Wedding Officiant $350
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each package is very different and they are customized based on your event coordinating needs. For Day of Event Coordination Kadi will typically work directly through email prior to the event and then will mostly use phone calls the week of the wedding to work out any final details. Depending on the time of the event she will be available to you for all of your event needs on the day of the event to make sure you are taken care of on your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
She has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management with an Emphasis in Event Management. She has is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). Also is an Ordained Minister. She has and currently works as a Wedding Specialist at different hotels in San Diego and North County for the past 8 years in event sales and management.
