Ricardo was a good technican. He was able to provide what you asked for. Most importantly on any computer hard drives, Make sure you backup all your files, cause you will loose them. He wanted me to purchased a new internal laptop harddrive, but ended up not using it because he did not have the proper cable to make the transfer. I lost 5 days without using my laptop because Monday was a holiday. He ended up giving me his used internal hard drive replacement. Not sure why? He did indicated he was able to save 90%, but as time went on, then it was 70%, at the end it was 0%. I was semi bummed out cause I had to reinstalled all programs files, but mostly with a new hard drive replacement, it would not reinstalled the program files because it only take one computer to register for that computer. Bottom line, I had to purchased new softwares in order to get back in business. Overall, I ended up buying a new computer and reinstalled all files and new programs so it is register for that computer. All programs files are non transferable. Had I known these issues, I could've save myself alot of headache for not saving my old computer. (It was 7 yrs old computer).
Ricardo is honest, accountable and reliable. He will help you if needed. My issues was complicated and our communications was slightly off base.
I deducted one star because I cannot return the internal hard drives once its opened and costed me $89.90. Plus my time from leaving work also costed me many down time to reschedule with other clients..
