Introduction: Former Division I Collegiate Swimmer with a passion for helping others succeed. My keen attention to detail, unique communication style and previous coaching/ teaching experience will provide students of all levels with swimming and fitness knowledge.
I conduct swimming lessons and fitness workouts at the client's home or their pool/gym membership location, and welcome group training. I am available Tuesday and Thursday evenings (6pm - 8pm), as well as Saturdays and Sundays (8am - 12pm).
I have worked with athletes of all ages and ability levels; from toddlers taking their first step into a swimming pool, to high-level triathletes looking for stroke mechanic and racing efficiency techniques. Having started swimming competitively at the age of 5, achieving High School All-American Status (Ohio) and four-year Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll in the SEC, I understand that each athlete has different needs and I am able to use my experience to personalize each lesson and improve the skill and fitness level of others.
I believe in providing a healthy, cohesive and holistic approach to fitness and helping clients create a sustainable lifestyle, including bodyweight circuit training, weight lifting, cardio training, and nutritional ideas.
