- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a contract company! Our pricing model for single jobs is higher then a 24/7/365 Coverage Monthly Contract. My hourly rate is $100/hr for expedited requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process follows a Service Level Agreement, Customers Needs/wants and the overall objective to successfully complete a job on-time and cost effectively.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in Technology since I was 6 years old in. I started as a Information Technology Intern then was hired as a Full-Time employee in Kent, WA to support 150+ Servers and 30,000 students and 5,000 staff. I was later recruited by the Executive Vice President of a company and relocated to San Diego, CA
