FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is very important that you check your contractor. If you do not verify the contractor's license, his liability and workers compensation insurance and anybody including the contractor get hurt or damages your property, you own property insurance may not cover you. There are a lot of people advertising to do work on your home, and over 70% of those advertising are not licensed or insured, they are breaking the law but more importantly shifting their liability on to the property owner. A licensed contractor will gladly provide proof of their coverage, they will not charge more than 10% of the total labor & material as a down payment whichever is less, they will never let the payments get ahead of their work, they will provide competent work and more importantly provide peace of mind that everything is being handled professionally.
