- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We have an hourly and flat rates. Below is a breakdown of our standard rates: Loading/Unloading Services 2-man $85/h ($95/h credit card) 3-man $110/h ($120/h credit card) 4-man $135/h ($145/h credit card) Rate includes all needed equipment and tools, shrink wrap and tape. Moving Service 2-man $95/h ($105/h credit card) 3-man $120/h ($130/h credit card) 4-man $145/h ($155/h credit card) Rate includes truck, fuel, reusable wardrobe boxes, furniture and floor protection, shrink wrap, tape, all needed tools and equipment. Double Drive Time Charge will apply to all moving orders (enforced by CA PUC) We do not charge extra for flights of stairs, elevators, long carry or bulky items. Packing Service using customer's materials (boxes, tape, paper etc.) as well as Unpacking Service 1-man $45/h ($55/h credit card) 2-man $75/h ($85/h credit card) 3-man $100/h ($110/h credit card) 4-man $125/h ($135/h credit card) We will gladly use customer's packing supplies for bigger savings. We always have backup materials. We will haul away boxes and packing paper free of charge. We will consider hauling away other waste at an additional charge. We accept donations. We work with several local charities and help them gather food, electronics, books, clothes, shoes, furniture etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get to know our customers and learn their needs. We hope to become friends with every one of them. When we speak to potential customers we first try to figure out whether or not we are a good fit. We will answer all questions they may have. We will give them an advise on how to cut the cost and save time. Once all questions are answered we will than direct them to our website to proceed with booking an appointment. We are constantly in touch with our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have at least 1 year of experience working for a moving company. We are very selective to who we hire. To become a crew member our guys and girls have passed various tests and checks. We make sure that all of them are innovative and forward thinking. Once a month we gather to discuss latest industry news and technologies and see how to implement them into our organization. All of our employees were trained by the owner of the company.
