To save your time we've come up with answers to Frequently Asked Questions: DO YOU PROVIDE PACKING SUPPLIES? Yes. Small box $2 Medium box $2.50 Large box $3 Packing paper $2.00/lb Furniture blanket $15.00 Wardrobe box $15.00 DO YOU PROTECT FURNITURE? We certainly do. There is no extra charge for furniture protection during the transportation. Limitless number of furniture pads awaits to protect your furniture, to make it feel safe and comfy. You have an option to buy or rent our furniture pads and wardrobe boxes as well if you decide to keep them for some time or forever. You can also sign a waiver and skip furniture protection process. DO YOU PROTECT FLOORS, BANISTERS, DOORS AND DOOR JAMBS? Yes. Free of charge, upon prior request. Not reusable protection supplies are sold separately. DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, ELEVATORS, LONG CARRY OR BULKY ITEMS? No extra charge. For bulky items crew size is determined by the company. IF JOB TAKES MORE THAN 8 HOURS, DO YOU CHARGE OVERTIME? No. At this time overtime charge doesn't apply. DO YOU CONNECT WASHING AND DRYING MACHINES? Upon request, at customer's own risk. Only if all needed hardware is available. Waiver needs to be signed. DO YOU WALL MOUNT TVs? Yes. Upon prior request. Only if all needed hardware is available. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? Yes. +$10/hour will be added to hourly rates or 5% fee for flat rates. ARE YOU THE BEST PACKERS AND MOVERS IN SAN DIEGO? Yes we are. WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK? We speak English, Ukrainian, Russian. You can also request a call back in Spanish language. WHAT DO YOU PACK? We pack for moving, remodeling, construction, storage, foreclosure, flood, fire and other emergencies; we professionally pack containers, pods, trucks, trailers and storage units. WHAT DO YOU MOVE? Houses, apartments, offices, pallets, pianos, security safes, pool tables, hot tubs, equipment etc. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION? Our office hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 pm daily. Pacific Standard Time. DO YOU WORK ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS? Yes. Rates do not go up. HOW DO YOU CHARGE? a) All-inclusive hourly rate + Double Drive Time charge for moving orders (enforced by CA PUC) b) Flat rate. Requires home visit. Used for big projects and long distance moves.
