After 8 long months and about 20 unsuccessful offers, I switched over to Danielle as my realtor. After just two outings with her, we found the perfect place and she made sure that the seller took my offer of the three that were submitted. There were a couple complications that came up (due to financing) and Danielle was there the whole time to answer all my questions and to make sure everything went as smoothly as it possible. She was always very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I had such a good experience with her, that I referred her to multiple friends and she was able to find them their perfect place too! When my husband and I were ready to buy our next home, we again turned to Danielle and this time she found us our perfect place in just one weekend! Even though the house we eventually purchased had multiple offers, Danielle made sure that we got our dream home at our asking price. She worked extremely well with our finance people and we were able to close escrow very quickly. Danielle was referred to me as a realtor, but I now consider her a friend because she is so friendly, easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile for me and my family.

Danielle has always impressed me as being extremely smart, honest, and engaging, from the moment I first met her. When it came time to move, she was the first one that we called to list our house. We were not disappointed! She has fantastic attention to detail, not only did we sell the house quickly, she did an amazing job of doing double duty when the buyer's realtor was inaccessible. Danielle took up the slack and made sure everything went smoothly to keep the deal together. We appreciate her so much, and consider her not only a dear friend, she was instrumental in our quick and easy sale and closing. We highly recommend her!

Danielle was excellent! She helped me and my wife buy our first home. She went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent. In the process she helped us decide what was most important in a home for us and went with us to view several on the market that she found. The last home we saw turned out to be the one we wanted the most and fit all our criteria.
