- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fair prices for all customers, that helps you reach your goals without over spend. No hidden fees or extra charges. Our hourly rates: Local moving under 50 miles: $95/hour 2 movers $125/hour 3 movers $155/hour 4 movers Minimum order 3 hours. We charge double drive time. This hourly rate includes: Fully equipped truck, disassembly and reassembly furniture, wrapping furniture, free wardrobe boxes upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're happy that you're considering becoming a Credo Moving customer! Have all the information for the move. -Pick up & drop off location addresses. -Email and contact number. -Loading & Unloading situation. -Ground floor, stairs or elevator. -Long carry. Our goal is to give you the best quote.
