Introduction: I have experience working in almost every type of professional kitchen there is, I work hard so that I can learn, and in turn, teach others with the hope that I can help them and do some good in their lives. Working in a professional kitchen is shallow compared to helping people one on one become better cooks and realize their culinary aspirations. Cooking is a life skill, and the tradition of the family at the dinner is something near and dear to my heart. I hope to bring families back together with my business and to help individuals get away from the drive-thru and back into the kitchen to learn how to be confident in the kitchen and actually have fun cooking. Cooking should never be a chore, and I have a passion for showing my clients how true that is, and how easy it is to cook fresh, healthy, and even family friendly foods that fits their individual lives and schedules. This is my mission with my business and I hope I can share my knowledge and experience with you. I enjoy what I do because it allows me to take what I've learned and help make other people's lives better. The joy I get from teaching and helping people get excited about cooking is indescribable. Like life, cooking is a journey and nourishing ourselves or those we love is one of the most important skills we can have. I am always learning as a cook, whether it's the places I've worked, culinary school, or the work I've done on my own to learn I've never been happier than when I'm in a kitchen.
