- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge less than the other music stores like Guitar Center and Sam Ash who charge $55/hr, but I provide the same level of expertise and quality for beginner and intermediate lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people! Same treatment as an old friend, or long-standing client. I'm excited to show someone the world of music and learning guitar and introduce them to the same great feeling music and playing guitar has brought me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught on all the instruments I play, but have been playing consistently for 20 years in bands, solo gigs, songwriting, and teaching guitar lessons for 5 years.
