Made a call to QAS yesterday morning to fix my fridge. Young gentleman arrived in one hour. He left in 45 minutes and everything was fixed. Vlad was able to locate the problem right away and fixed that quickly. Very polite and descriptive about charges. Eventually it cost me $75 with labor and parts.
From the call to the office to agreement copy whole process was transparent and pleasant to work with.
Thank you Vlad I have 4 kids and that broke down was a disaster for me, you guys are Lifesavers.
