- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat hourly pricing with no hidden fuel charges. Our standard hourly rate covers EVERYTHING except gratuity for your chauffeur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take bookings through email or over the phone. We will gather all necessary information then create a trip plan. The trip plan is then sent for approval to the client. 7 days before the event the trip is confirmed again to make sure nothing has changed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our chauffeurs have been trained by us for their commercial drivers license and through chauffeur training. They then ride with one of the owners for approximately 1 month to earn the HotShots hospitality badge of approval.
