I was glad they were able to come on a Sunday but I thought their pricing was very high compared to other people I talked too. I spent 400 dollars and the problem wasn't fixed. It was an electrical issue. The guy who was helping us was professional and did say his suggested fixes were no guarantee that they would work but I feel like he should have told us that it was most likely a circuit breaker issue with the fuse blowing out. I also felt like he was upselling other items even after he couldn't get it to work and said we needed an electrician (extra freon).
