- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a comprehensive assessment at no charge. We don't just look at the issue at hand but cover all basis to make sure there are not other hidden issues. We also discuss general ways to improve indoor air quality or recommendations to make sure mold and water damage will never be a problem again in your home. We specialize in working with insurance companies and do all the legwork for you to make sure your claims go through with ease. We know what insurance companies need and we document everything along the way in great detail.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are IICRC certified for water damage and mold remediation. This insures that proper procedures will be used and correct precautions will be taken to contain the damaged area, immediately stop further water or mold saturation, and ensure that the area is left fully sanitized and cleaned to the highest standards.
